Payment Policies

We Accept all Mayor credit cards and bank deposit only.

When you make your reservation, we charge 50% of the total reservation cost, and thirty (30) days before your arrival the reminding balance must be paid.

If you make your reservation thirty days before your arrival date it needs to be paid in full.

All reservations are required at least 50% within 24 hours of been made, otherwise it will be cancel and the rental will be came available again.

If you cancel your reservation thirty days before your arrival date there will be a 25% cancellation fee, this will be subtracted form your deposit.

If you made your cancelation in less than 30 days before your arrival date, there will be a 50% cancellation fee. (100% for holiday weekends)

If a cancelation is made 2 weeks before your arrival there will be a 100% cancelation fee. Just the damage deposit will be refunded if prepay.

Any change made to your reservation will result in a $25 processing fee.

If you decide for an early departure, there will not be any refunds.

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS for Holidays dates which includes Spring Break.
